Hi, I'm Tika! 

I was born and raised in a small town in Ohio and recently moved to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, with my husband, Kane. 

My style leans towards the candid side, but I do dedicate some time of your day to the posed shots family will ask for. I think the most beautiful images are the raw, real emotion-packed ones between two people who love each other more than anything else in the world. My heart swoons for the images I catch, where the groom's eyes are full of tears, as his bride walks towards him. Or, when the bride can't stop smiling because she's SOOOO happy. (I mean come on, she just married the best guy and did you see him get teary?! Couple goals!) Or that moment where your dad is trying to hold on to you just a second longer, before he gives his little girl away. (It gives me goosebumps just thinking about it!) These are the most important images. The ones that will take you back to that moment in time. That will revive those feelings, years down the road. It's magic. That must mean I'm a magician!

With all that said, it's highly likely on the day of your wedding, I'll have my head on a swivel looking for those moments. It's possible, I'll look a little crazy, but trust me, it'll be worth it.

This is him, Kane! We're a husband and wife team!

Kane was born in Kansas City, but spent time growing up in Michigan, Indiana and Florida, before settling in Ohio. The two met, while living in Ohio, before moving back to Michigan, to be close to Kane's father. 

Kane's style also leans heavily on the candid side, with an emphasis on the landscape and surrounds, which makes the two of us such a great fit, as your photographers. In addition to photography, he's an all around creative, as he's also a painter, chef and amazing wood worker. ​
